It’s About Time

Well it’s been a long time since I’ve been able to sit down and add new pictures to my blog. Here are some all the way back from December to the ones I took just yesterday. So far 2012 has been a really busy year for us and as we head into wedding season it’s just going to get more crazy. No complaints…maybe a little over whelmed but I’m not complaining.

Have lots of pictures to share so I will put them in different entries. Here are some of the bridal bouquets I’ve done.

November Weddings

We started off the month at Wien’s Winery in Temecula for Dana’s yellow wedding. Then we had Stephanie’s wedding at The Grand Tradition – Beverly Mansion on the 12th. Finishing up the month with Leonora’s at Pala Mesa Resort.

: Very rainy day so the ceremony was moved to the veranda instead of the gazebo you see in the background.

: No aisle on the veranda so we made a petal heart for Stephanie.

Grand Tradition’s Arbor Terrace Wedding

Laura had a beautiful and not to hot wedding last Saturday at the Arbor Terrace. Yellow & orange were the colors for the day.

: Carntaion balls hanging down the aisle. Fun rose petal aisle.

: Yellow, orange and white mini calla lilies with crystals.

: Loved this cake. I think the cascade is my favorite style. Yellow & orange mini calla liles & freesia.

: Centerpieces with no greenery and dripping with crystals. Lilies, mini calla lilies, roses and alstroemeria all made of yellow & orange.

: First time we’ve done 2 initials. Think it came out pretty nice.

Wow didn’t realize it’s been a month since our last post. May was pretty busy with weddings, Mother’s Day, prom and personally moving into a new house.

Keyways Winery Wedding

The rain held off and didn’t spoil Jennifer’s March wedding out at Keyways Winery in Temecula. Here are some pictures from her wedding.

: Jennifer’s bouquet was a beautiful mix of black magic roses with crystals, Picasso and black mini calla lilies and ivory freesia.

: Bride & Bridesmaid’s bouquets. The bridesmaid’s bouquets where a smaller version of the bride’s without the Picasso calla lilies and crystals.

: To give color to the venue with out breaking the budget Jennifer chose dark brown boxes filled with greens. Curly willow with greenery going up the pillar and colorful flowers placed in all the greenery.

: Place card table. Would love to see this with all of the candles lit.

Fallbrook Library Gala

Our new library opened this weekend with a special invitation only gala. I was lucky enough to do the flowers for the event. It was all about lights and drama for them. Here are some pictures from the event.

: A big favorite. Tall pilsner vases on light bases with black & clear water beads and lights inside the vase. Tall white calla lilies, grasses, leaves and green calla lilies with fiberoptics spray out of the vase.

: Rings of green spider mums, cymbidium orchids and kermit mums. Black mini callas & silver bulion wire wrapped over the top of the arrangement. Cylinder vase with lights under it and on top of it. Green cymbidium orchids suspended inside the vase with a green spider mum on top.

: Silver arrangement of green anthiriums and spider mums with silver manzanita. Some of the spider mums & mini white lights where attached to the branches.
