November Weddings

We started off the month at Wien’s Winery in Temecula for Dana’s yellow wedding. Then we had Stephanie’s wedding at The Grand Tradition – Beverly Mansion on the 12th. Finishing up the month with Leonora’s at Pala Mesa Resort.

: Very rainy day so the ceremony was moved to the veranda instead of the gazebo you see in the background.

: No aisle on the veranda so we made a petal heart for Stephanie.

Grand Tradition’s Arbor Terrace Wedding

Laura had a beautiful and not to hot wedding last Saturday at the Arbor Terrace. Yellow & orange were the colors for the day.

: Carntaion balls hanging down the aisle. Fun rose petal aisle.

: Yellow, orange and white mini calla lilies with crystals.

: Loved this cake. I think the cascade is my favorite style. Yellow & orange mini calla liles & freesia.

: Centerpieces with no greenery and dripping with crystals. Lilies, mini calla lilies, roses and alstroemeria all made of yellow & orange.

: First time we’ve done 2 initials. Think it came out pretty nice.

Grand Tradition Arbor Terrace Weddings

Had Christina’s wedding on Thursday and Tracie’s wedding on Sunday at the Arbor Terrace up at the Grand Tradition.

: Christina’s bouquet of lavender, purple and ivory with blush of pink roses.

: Bridesmaid’s bouquets made of lisanthus, roes & freesia.

: Mini carnation kissing balls and rose petals down the aisle.

: Fountain with dark purple, lavender and light pink gladiola florets.

: “B” monogram for the fireplace made of purple, lavender & light pink mini carnations.

: Low square vases filled with alstroemeria, stock, roses, tulips & freesia.

: Simple but elegant arrangement.

: Rhinestone initals provided by the bride for each of the bridesmaid’s bouquets.

: Bridesmaid’s bouquets of green hydrangea, spider mums, orange & pink mini gerberas & ranunculas.

: Strand of rhinestones down the front of the bride’s bouquet

: Tracie’s bouquet of asitic lilie, pink & orange mini calla lilies, pink ranunculas, green hydrangea and green spider mums.

: Tall centerpieces on top of vases filled with cyrstal strand, crystals in the bottom and water. Crystals hanging off of the arrangements. Similar but smaller arrangements for half of the table.

: “M” monogram made of orange & pink mini carns with green kermit mums.

: Bright pink and orange gerberas on the chairs with petals down the sides and center of the aisle.

…and so Wedding Season Begins

When we start wedding season we start it with a “big bang”. Our first wedding was at Ponte on Friday, April 22nd. Miriam’s wedding was a large wedding with 21 centerpieces, arbor piece, kissing balls and bouquets.

We then had 2 weddings on Saturday, April 23rd. Stephanie’s wedding was yellow roses, sunflowers and black ostrich feathers. Her wedding was out at Camp Pendelton. Diana had her wedding at the Grand Tradition – Beverly Mansion here in Fallbrook. Her colors where mostly purple but for the ceremony area she wanted lots of color (and that’s what she got). Below are pictures from all of the weddings.

First Wedding of 2011

Our first wedding this year was at the Grand Tradition Beverly Mansion. It was a cool day but no rain. Chrystal’s colors where white, green and black.

: White & green flowers such as lilies, gladiolas, spider mums & orchids for the ceremony pieces.

: Black satin ribbon on the chairs with bouquets of spider mums, kermits & gladiolas attached to the chairs.

: Tall & short arrangements on tables with black linens.

: Short arrangements of white and green spider mums in black vases.

: Tall pilsner vases with curly willow and white dendrobium orchids.

Thursday & Friday weddings

I had the weekend off with both of last weeks wedding being during the week. On Thursday we were at the Arbor Terrace and then at Falkner Garden on Friday.

Crazy 6 wedding weekend!

Everyone seemed to want to get married the 1st weekend in August it seemed. This is the most weddings we have ever done in a weekend. Before last weekend our top was 5 weddings. Not only did the 6 weddings we also did 2 small bridal showers. This is why it was CRAZY around here all last week. Infact we are still cleaning up everything.

Here are some pictures that I took over the weekend. I don’t have cameras to send to every site when they are being set up so we didn’t get pictures of every wedding. Our on site pictures are all from Ponte because that’s were I was for 3 days straight.

: This the back of my car all loaded up for our 1st wedding of the weekend.

: Carina’s beautiful bouquet of lavender roses, dark purple lisianthus, green hydrangea, purple mini calla lilies and purple phalenopsis orchids.

: A quick shot of Carina and her bridesmaids as they take pictures before the ceremony.

: For our 1st wedding at Ponte for the weekend we drapped the arbor in dark purple tulle, then at the top and sides we had all purple and green sprays. These would be moved later to the head table.

: This is the 1st of the 3 different centerpieces that Carina had. Using our tall candelabras in brown a beautiful arrangment of bells of Ireland, purple lisanthus, alstromeria, hanging amaranthus, asters and stock.

: Carina had a quite a variety of centerpieces here is the manzanita trees with purple gladiolas and crystals hanging from some of the branches.

: Carina’s 3rd centerpiece was a square vase filled with limes an arrangement on top with crystals on the table.

: Denise was my bride on Saturday here is her bouquet of dahlias, mini calla lilies, green roses and cymbidium orchids.

: Day 2 at Ponte a little different than yesterday with a full flower garland of purples, wine and green.

: Ponte’s full aisle with a beautiful arbor and kissing balls down the aisle.

: Denise had 3 different centerpieces here is the 1st one. 3 tall cylinder vases of varying heights with river rock in the bottom filled with green dendrobium orchids topped off with a candle.

: Another centerpiece with a short cylinder vase filled with river rock and calla lilies and grasses coming out of the vase.

: The third centerpiece of 3 shorter cylinder vases of varying heights filled with river rock, gladiola florets and topped with a candle.

: A look at all 3 centerpieces and how beautifully they worked together.

: Sweet Heart table reusing the flower garland from the arbor.

: Another wedding we did was Gretchen’s wedding at Los Willows. Here is her all mini calla lilies with loops of bear grass bouquet.

: Also on Saturday we had Alyssa at the Grand Tradition here are her bouquets of oriental lilies and alstroemeria. Bridesmaid’s are alstroemeria and roses.

: Kelly’s bouquet of Finess roses has become one of my all time favorite bouquets. It was so beautiful.

: Again Ponte’s Arbor with pink roses, pink stock, kermits, lisanthus, alstroemeria and lilies.

: Loose flowers around 3 cylinder vases of varying heigts filled with water and topped off with a floating candle.

Memorial Day Weekend Weddings

Two beautiful weddings this weekend. Great weather at the Grand Tradtion on Saturday. Only obstical was my tall square vases kept cracking. That was a bit frustrating. Wind was blowing pretty hard out at Keyways Winery in Temecula on Sunday. I hope that it calmed down as the sun went down.
