Eileen had a wine, purple and lime green wedding.  Her bouquet actually had slices of limes in it.  The centerpieces were filled with limes…these took us about 4 tries before we found what we liked.  Slicing all of those limes lets you know where every cut on your hands are.  She also had a great wine manzanita tree for her place card table.  I hope that I can get some proffesional pictures because these just don’t do the centerpieces and tree justice.

Alysha had a beautiful wedding at Falkner Winery.  Her new MIL made navy blue table covers and with the all white centerpieces it really was elegant.  I only provided her personal flowers and centerpieces.  The centerpieces took my daughter and I about 3 1/2 hours to construct on site.  They were tall pilsner vases with 3 submerged lights in clear marbles and water with 1/2 o f centerpieces being tulips and the other half calla lilies.

May 9th Ponte Wedding May 18, 2009

This was a beautiful wedding at Ponte Winery the day before Mother’s Day.  The weather was a little warm but not too bad.  I heard from the photographer that the bride wasn’t feeling well that day.  She looked beautiful so she hid it well…from me anyway.  Her colors were brown and pink (3 different shades).  She had 2 different centerpieces both tall but one was a single vase with a rose floating in the vase.  On top of the vase was an arrangement that her guest could take home.  Her other centerpiece was 3 tall cylinder vases with brown ribbon around the top and filled with pink gladiola florets in water with a white candle on top.

Wedding at Oak Meadows May 15, 2009

I did a wedding at Oak Meadows in Temecula on May 1st.  What a beautiful location.  There was a pond with water fountains, a beautiful reception area with a large fireplace and fire rings.  I would love to see it at night.  Here are few pictures from the wedding.  They had a cute litte wagon for gifts that we added garland and flowers to.  The centerpieces were simple but I thought they went very nice.  The cake was done by a local bakery Pila’s Pantry in Temecula.

Bridal Bazaar May 15, 2009

Did the Bridal Bazaar at the Del Mar Fair grounds on April 26th.  Had a lot of brides come by.  We gave out around 350 flyers.  At this show I was asked if I would like to do an arrangement for one of the tables they were going to set up.  These tables were put together to show brides how a whole table looks together.  They showed linens, tableware, flowers, and some even had cake/favors on them.  There was a sign in front of each table listing the vendors who helped put the table together along with what their booth # was.  I got an interesting table, my colors were purple, gold and teal.  Purple was the only color that flowers come in.  After talking to the coordinator for my table we choose to go with a peacock theme.  The arrangement was to kind of look like a peacock.  It was fun to do something outside of the box.

I have also included a picture of my booth and one of the bouquets that I had displayed.  It was a green cymbidum orchids, white roses and white mini calla lilies.  It seemed to get a lot of response.
